The Ministry of finance, Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of environmental protection, recently jointly issued on household appliances trade-in promotion of implementation of the Declaration. Home appliance trade-in policy will be nine pilot provinces, in June this year to the country.
In the next meet various provinces, three ministries that have not yet implemented appliances trade-in of provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities, municipal government, where the meet the required conditions, may apply.
Three ministries expressly applied electronics trade-in of provincial and municipal sales system, recycling and dismantling capacity needs to be reached. Department of Commerce recently published statistics, as of 2010-February 20, home appliance trade-in in nine pilot provinces total recycling old appliances 721.7 million units, sales of new appliances 667.0 million on sales of $ 264.5 billion. During the Spring Festival this year only (5 February-20 March), household appliances trade-in recycling old appliances 72.6 million units, sales of new appliances 73 million units, sales 29.5 billion.
Analysis finds that this policy promotion, will allow the ice to wash and TV manufacturers to become the biggest beneficiaries.
